Sponsor Reception: In order to bring maximum exposure for our sponsors, we will have a sponsor reception to recognize their contributions and motivation to be involved with the organization.
Community Networking: Reception to provide additional information to the community and our sponsors. This reception’s goal is to allow sponsors to spread their marketing message to the attendees.
Kick-Off Evening Gala: A formal evening gala is scheduled as a meet and greet with Sunidhi Chauhan, a leading Bollywood artist who is performing at the Naperville Knock Park for the India Day Celebrations.
Post Event Celebration: To celebrate the tireless effort of the event and the sponsorship teams, this event gives us the ability to step back and see how things can be improved for the following year.
